Annual Fees

The Midnapore Lake Residents Association annual lake fee can be paid either in person at the Lake House Office (by Cheque, Debit, Visa or MasterCard) or through the mail (by Cheque only). Please be aware that for security reasons we do not accept cash.

Effective 2024 there will be a convenience fee of $5.00 per invoice added to any credit card payments. There is no additional charge to pay with debit, e-transfer or Cheque.

If paying through the mail we appreciate you including the bottom portion of your invoice with your payment. Please be aware that late payments incur a penalty of 18% per annum compounding monthly adding to the account on a daily basis.

Invoices are distributed by the beginning of December each year and are due and payable on or before January 1st.

All returned Cheques will incur an additional $25.00 administration fee.

Designated Smoking Areas

Midnapore Lake has adopted a Designated Smoking Area Policy.

Cigarette ashtrays and appropriate smoking area signage have been installed at 5 locations in the park. These locations are:

1. South side of the upper skating rink
2. North end of the tennis courts at the practice court entry
3. South side of the bridge on the green space near the beach
4. South side of the pump house
5. South fishing shore near emergency signage

Smoking will also be permitted in the row boats.

Please be courteous to the other members of the association who are not smokers and use these designated areas. Please keep these areas clean.

If members choose to ignore the posted signage we will have no choice other than to become a fully non-smoking facility.
