All members, other than those with direct lakefront access are required to enter the park through either admitting gates during the posted times of operation.

No persons (including those with direct lakefront access) will be permitted on park property after the posted hours.

The Residents' Association staff reserves the right to restrict entry to members and guests.

Only those members in good standing (ie fees paid) have access rights to the lake and park.

Members are not permitted to use the park or facilities of the park to hold events or provide private lessons to which they stand to receive a fee for services or any sort of personal gain. Any and all lessons together with instructors will be organized and coordinated by and through the administration office.
